British Colombia edging towards UNDRIP ...

First Peoples' Law works at the Indigenous/Colonial law interface. Check their website. Their latest communication describes the efforts the province is making towards some sort of harmonization with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.



The associated legislation (Bill 41) has passed stage one of the formal, democratic, process. A long way to go but a glimpse of hope for the future.
